Ingredients:
OATLY Original Oat Drink….600ml

Agave syrup….1.5 tbsp

Konjac powder….15 g

Matcha powder….1  tbsp

vanilla extract….2 tsp

red bean….quantum sufficit

Method:
1. Place OATLY original oat drink and Matcha powder into a pot, mix them until the powder is completely dissolved;

2. Add agave syrup and vanilla extract to the mixture, heat over medium heat stirring frequently until the mixture is ready, turn off the heat. (Do not let the mixture come to a boil.)

3. Add the konjac powder and stir until it is completely dissolved;

4. Refrigerate for 1-2 hours;

5. Spoon the red bean over the panna cotta just before serving.

OATLY 原味燕麥奶….600毫升

龍舌蘭糖漿….1.5 湯匙

蒟蒻粉….15 g

抹茶粉….1  湯匙

雲尼拿香油….2 茶匙

紅豆蓉….適量


做法:

1. 鍋中放入原味燕麥奶及抹茶粉,攪拌至抹茶粉溶化

2. 放入龍舌蘭糖漿及雲呢拿香油後,煮至微滾,熄火;

3. 放入蒟蒻粉攪拌至溶化,然後過篩倒入玻璃杯中

4. 放入雪櫃冷藏1-2小時至凝固

5. 食用前,鋪上紅豆蓉即成
