INGREDIENTS:
Vegetarian beef balls, Okra, Thai eggplant, Tofu puffs, Lemongrass, Lemon leave, Galangal, Tom yum paste, Tomato paste


METHOD:
1. Fill the pot with water half full, bring to boil, add lemongrass, lemon
leave, galangal, turn to slow heat and cook for 10 minutes.
2. Add 1 tablespoon of Tom yum paste, 1/2 tablespoon of tomato paste.
3. Add the vegetarian beef ball, Thai eggplant, cook for 5 minutes, add tofu puffs and okra.
4. Add salt, soya sauce and sugar for seasoning.

材料:
素牛丸、
秋葵、
泰國小茄瓜、
豆卜、香茅、
檸檬葉、
南薑、
冬蔭公醬、
茄醬


 

做法:


  1. 煲滾半煲水,放入香茅、檸檬葉和南薑,小火煮;
  2. 10分鐘加入1湯匙冬蔭公醬,半湯匙茄酱
;
  3. 放入素牛丸及小笳瓜,煮5分鐘後加入豆卜、秋葵;

  4. 最後加鹽、醬油、糖調味即成。
